Ocala Soccer Institute (OSI) accomplishes this through a training regiment that focuses both on the player and on the team. We work in a Pyramidal structure that allows for players to develop their Soccer I.Q along with their technique and physical abilities. We then link our players to profiles that are monitored by an affiliate of ours who is a professional FIFA agent. This ensures that our players are prepared and evaluated on the appropriate level. This also allows us, through this evaluation, to help the player develop the skills necessary to meet what the agents, subsequently what the professional teams are looking for.
